i like this. it has a very 1940s kind of feel to it.

I like it, but I think it needs some kind of filter (or whatever it's called in digital photography) to add a grain or make it look like an old movie. I like that the model is out of focus, and I think adding a filter of some kind would make her even more emphasized without having her in focus, because she really is the object of interest. You've made what I think is a lovely artistic decision to leave her fuzzy, which adds a sense of suspense to the photo, like others have commented.
