What the hell... Why didn't I notice how awesome the eyes and texture of this was until I saw it posted on /p/ of all places?

The look in her eyes is fantastic, and the way her hand is resting on her chest is really cool. It makes the piece look delicate, along with a bit disturbing.
I wonder, do you warn your models that they might get dirty and/or wet during the photoshoot?
