this is great, and really emotive - but maybe their expressions are a bit passive for ecstasy? I think maye she shoudl be laughing or something, coz it looks too much liek a pose - but whatever, you didn't ask for critique, so just ignore this if you want to. . .

ok, i've got another one - i'm trying to get into photography, but unfortunately it's really difficult when all i have to work with is a digital nikon camera (you know the ones, that you take on holiday or days out with your mates)so i desperately need advice on what camera to buy - what one did you use? i'm happy for any recomendation as long as it's not too expensive or difficult to use as i am still very much a ametur - thank you so much in advance, i know you'll help me loads!

i use a pentax k-x but it is not about the camera its about the passion.
get a dslr over 10 megapixels, thats all i can really say.

THANK YOU! i hate my camera coz it has a battery life of about 10 seconds and whenever i zoom it gets all blurry - i also need the fast-take settings (i don't know the technical term)so i can get photos of movements and action, you know, that kinda stuff, but i really love photography - it's like taking a glimpse into someone else's world, and that's why i read - to escape reality.
Sorry about the soul-deep rant and thanks again for teh tip-top advice!

Looks like a movie still, this one.
The light, the pose, the hand placement, even the little water droplets. They're all quite perfect. In addition, I refuse to believe that's ISO 800. Dear god the Kx is a magnificent machine in terms of ISO performance. And you're quite magnificent as well in taking this photo, terrific work.
