I suffer a writer’s disease
But I am good at hiding it
Blues fade to grey
I fade to nothing
I don’t trust the heart
Don’t even listen to the mind
Tomorrow never comes
I never had yesterday
I can’t sleep
But I never wake up
I can’t cut myself
But I keep bleeding
I suffer in silence
By screaming out loud
I watch the world move by
As I speed up
I suffer a writer’s disease
Insanity. Insomnia, Depression,
But more Insane than anything else
