EDIT 2: Changed his base color ever so slightly because it was too bright blue for me.

EDIT:changed his design a bit. Just updated his scars, because I draw a few of them differently now.

Devin is Kia's best friend. He is reckless and kind of a jerk and a rebel too. He is very serious about the things he believes in. Though he often pretends not too, he does care about his friends.

(he's also one of my favorites as well. Oh, and a little note-the scar on his lip doesn't pull his lip up, he's just snarling here.)
