Description
I've seen this done a few times and loved the idea so thought I'd do my take on it. I live in California and have many surfer friends who have a very real fear of sharks being around. Images of silhouettes with dolphins and sharks in waves with surfers pop up all the time. It would be kinda eerie to see a photo with you in it and a huge animal right next to you that you werent even aware of o.o . I can imagine it would be even more terrifying to be aware that you are being hunted x.xΒCommon dolphin are my favorite type of dolphin and a saw a pretty nice figurine of an ichthyosaur painted up with their markings. I really loved the look so decided to paint mine in a similar way.
the idea for this came to me in a funny way. I was feeding my fish and thinking about shark week lol

Funny thing is, sharks were hunted by creatures like the one on the left.

There is a type of dolphin that I know the pattern for those Ichthyosaurs is based on, but I canβt remember the exact name.
