This looks great and very cute.
I just wonder about the tail:
Is there a fox behind the stone, does the stone have that tail or does it belong to the boy.
If the later, I'm not exactly sure but it seems to me that the tail couldn't be connected in a proper (that is, usual, biologically plausible based on experience) way.
Though I realize that it's really hard to judge such partial omissions and overlaps. It could very well be perfectly plausible and my brain's approximated extrapolation is what fools me.
