Description This was produced for Steve Nile's comic CITY OF DUST. The artist for the interiors was ZID who was then working at Imaginary Friends Studios.

For the first cover I wanted something mysterious and establish Philip Khrome as a loner. We went through several ideas until Clint and myself hashed this out. Like Batman, City of Dust had a city that was just as much a character itself as Gotham. It's built up and even on top of older buildings. The look of Blade Runner was difficult to stay away from as it was perfect for this as though you could imagine Khrome and Deckard either being buddies or killing the crap out of each other whenever they met.

Any way, great story by Steve and Clint did some great covers for the run of which this was one of just a couple of the covers that I art directed.
