WHa NO u can get it on the 3ds!! but u have to like sign up and gain points on the Nintendo website or something, I used my 3ds to make this animation :0 I had to look up how to do it but it was easy and free but it doesn't have the same thing as the dsi where u can post it and see other peoples flipnotes :0

It isn't like free as the tutorial says anymore, it costs like 200 points but you can get the points by linking ur accounts to ur nitendo account
and then going under "redeem points" and get the code by redeeming it
