Legwarmers and hand Cuffs
Base fabric is white, bows are off white. Pocket on the outside of both legwarmers the perfect size to fit your ID. Pockets are equip with draw strings so you can close the pocket and dance to your hearts content. Legwarmers and cuffs have elastic in them for a snug fit. Hand made, One of a kind ♥
