I actually agree with ~Itototoshii , it's not right to post/render someone else's art work onto here without there permission, even if you do credit, it's still breaking the rules and FAQ of DeviantART; FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want? If this is for an assignment, it's still not okay otherwise, if this somehow gets enough reports, this could get removed by the DeviantART staff it's self you you don't choose to remove it.
try wipping up an animation yourself in MS_Paint if you have Windows, Photoshop, or Flash, I heard that those are pretty simple programs to use for an animation.
And whoever is your animating teacher/mentor, you should tell them not to assign you pictures that don't belong to you, unless you don't upload them to DeviantART or another art website if they encourage not to upload things that aren't yours.
Next time, maybe ask for permission from the original artist before you use their picture(s) for animations and such.

hmmm actually im currently learning how to make animations from a friend
he gave me an assignment and thats the pic, i should make lightning stuffs around pikachu...

It doesn't matter and credit was not given. A link to a photobucket which may have nothing to do with the original artist is not credit.
Assignment or not, it's not a nice thing to edit and post someone else's art on this site without the artist's permission. It's against the rules.

i truthfully have drawn images and i as a person who draws things and writes things dont really mind at all...unless they were selling it in their own name then i think it would be an issue for any one...and im not saying ur no body im just saying most ppl dont really notice or care
