Not sure where this image came from, the capitol building interior is something that caught my interest after reading some books on the civil war and its final stage construction which followed the final flow of the war. the rest not sure obvious cyberpunk ref and the bloodtrail, perhaps a late evening bit of wetwork.im also sure i have some details off since i used various ref for the location and was more interested in the scope of the shot rather than technical perfection.

What a unique idea for a scene! It looks like something that I could easily see happening in a clever book or movie. (Why does "Snow Crash" come to my mind? o_0)
Fantastic job at drawing this, and with the lighting. I love the glare of the sunlight comming in from the windows. I've been to the capito building, and while I can't remember it like it was yesterday, I'd say you did it justic. The girl looks like an interesting character too. Dammit, I wish this went with a real story. I'd want to read it!

I like it. There's an interesting sense of scale, and a slightly warped look as well that lends a good feeling of creepiness.
