I like to think that Anakin was reunited with Padme; her spirit probably waited for him all those years and she never stopped loving him. That's the main reason it makes sense that he'd want to be young again because he wanted to be the age he was when Padme died.

The emotional appeal of this piece is stunning. You really captured Anakin's freedom in his face, and I like how Vader's helmet is simply discarded at his feet. Well done!

i liked it in the DVD that anakin looked liked anakin instead of some old guy, but apparently some people were not to frilled with that.

Some people believe that the original trilogy was fine as it was when it was released. Personally, having grown up when the prequel trilogy was in theaters, I find it more emotional with young Anakin in the scene because that's who I recognize as Anakin.
