I spent the better part of two weeks back in March out in Salt Lake City going through UP's Phase II Locomotive Engineer Training. I ended up with plenty of time most evenings after class exploring the area. I’m always looking out for good opportunities for night photography, and the Sandy Expo station on UTA’s TRAX Blue Line was a good candidate.
So here we are, at that station as a northbound two-unit set of Siemens SD-100s pull into the station, empty except for myself and the camera.

Nah, I'm not originally from there, but was sent out west for a couple of weeks for training. I've got another photo in my gallery that I took from the foothills.
