Random character parallel I noticed.

Both Gabriel and Logan have a deep seated fear of losing people, but it manifests in different ways.

Gabriel is afraid of the people he loves dying or disappearing forever due to some external threat. Logan is afraid that the people he loves will eventually start to hate him and then choose to abandon him for good.

In both cases, this fear is definitely influenced by something that happened to/with their families. Lisa dying/Amber's disappearance for Gabriel, and Roderick supposedly abandoning the family/Maren being emotionally unavailable for Logan. And both of them were really lonely and hit a real emotional low point in their teen years too.

Anyway, just thought that was interesting. And it kinda puts the initial hostility between them in a different light.
