Man! I just loved how they had a second Celebi in PSMD. And that this one is referred to as he/him so he's different from PMD2's Celebi.My theory? PSMD Celebi is the Celebi from the main timeline. PMD2 Celebi is the Celebi from the time of the future.
ANyway! Just wanted to draw them high fiving.

Well, my theory is that they're brother and sister. The reason for this cause of another theory relating to legendary pokemon in general.
