hello there!

Just thought like giving some feedback, so here we go~

First, good choice of the charcter you have drawn, Spice&Wolf is one of my all time favourites.

But lets go straight into it; I like your use of color here, you got better with your choice of skincolor; The hair is done quite good as well, but i think it has a little to much orange in some points. You could as well be a little bolder with the overall shape of her hair, the texture looks fine for the most part, there isn't any hair that stands up, its an easy way to give hair more dynamic by adding some single hairs when you are done shading to interrupt the shape. keeps the eye busy. You could as well think of hair as Layers, that cast shadows on each other, as well as their surrounding. I don't know why you used a different color for her ears then her hair, they appear to me a little artiffical because of it, same goes for the Tail.

While she has a cute expression, her nose and mouth are slightly drwan in perspectiv, while her eyes are almost symmetric. You could as well empathise the cheekbone a little more with your shading, would add a lot of realism to your style.

Her pose has a good Idea, but it's sadly not that well executed, if you want her shoulder in that pose her torso will be turned further to the side. You could try to construct the neck and upper Torso with the Collarbones in mind, as the Sternocleido, Sternum and  Arms and have their respective attatchments to that, and it carries a lot of imformation about the mood the character has.
