Description This was a Christmas gift for my mother - I thought it was appropriate. I'm not well practiced with foals yet, but I'm pretty happy with this one. I'm not sure if I paid enough attention to the mare, though.

D'aww, it sure is! Earlier this year, I did a painting of a mare with a foal for my mother's birthday
I think that, when you share the passion for horses with your mom, there can't be a better expression of love than to depict a mare and foal for her; the mother-baby bond is known to be strong among horses

nah i'm too worried since i complain about my anatomy XD and whatever i do for a special occasion always ends up worse than stuff drawn for art class XD
