Still tweaking but this is the basic concept. It is a combination of a few old designs and some new concepts.The top image banner isn't probably gonna be in the final but for now it will work. No name for the site added since I dunno what you call it. The 0248 would be the counter for the layout.

I don't do coding, only concept designing at the moment 
If you meant design, I do most for free upon request if they aren't overly complex.
