I've never really been an outspoken fan of the Avatar cartoons, but Lin Beifong is too great of a character; I had to pay tribute.I have a huge soft spot for hard ass old ladies.

I was really disappointed with the end of that Season, would have been a cool thing to force Korra to relearn all her bending, not just retcon the entire thing.

Eeeeeh we already had a series dedicated to the main character learning bending. But what they did do, with using her avatar state to get it back, should have been content of the second season.
But that has nothing to do with Lin, and the fact that she's the best character.
