Description
Larry took this at Point Loma, across the bay from San Diego proper. This little guy allowed Larry to take lots of shots, so that we could practice our "bird in flight" skills.

That is so beautiful. Truely an amazing capture of such a pretty bird I like the glimmer on his turquiose wings.

I was amazed that it turned out so well. Larry was only about three feet from him in sunlight - all helped. I was proud of him though!

Yeah, he took about 20 shots and the birdy was pretty cooperative. This was my favorite, but several are nice
