I used tons of custom brushes.. no photos.. its really hard but I learned a lot by doing this the hard way.. XD

Nice work! You must be bored about this question but..What kind of brushes do you use? it would be helpful because I would like to improve my coloring skills

The brushes I use most are from Maciej, Mathias, and Shaddy. You can also google blur's good brush.. it has great cloud brushes... Hope that helps!
Also, just remember that brushes only help with the textures... what's actually important is getting the correct values.

Its all digital in photoshop.. all the textures that you see are just special brushes I used from various artists across the web. Try to search for brushes by Matthias Verhasselt, Jaime Jones, Maciej Kuciara..
