also you have to replace the code under [MeterTemp] in LeftMouseDownAction line

Just open configuration.ini file (right click on the skin and choose edit skin)and then in the 5th line under URL1 change weather code replacing SRXX0014 (which is code for my city)with yours. You can find weather codes here [link] When you find your city, you'll see the code in address bar. I hope this will help.

yes of course, in the same line (URL1) just replace the last letter "m" with "f"

If you package your skin using the .rmskin format you may submit it to the #Rainmeter skins gallery. This would also make it easier for users to install your skin. There is also a nifty application called MakeStaller that makes the process simpler.
