From my new session, think this is one of my best.. maybe there's something distracting with the postprocessing that I've forgot, but u get blind after sitting in PS for a while...

Kill the reflection on the hood of the sky between the overpasses. You're seeing a light sky there, but the processing shows otherwise. Get rid of that strip of white light going down the middle and it will look much better.
Though it's rockin' as is.
