My submission to "The Promise of a Worldly Encounter" Fan art submission contest
"Back to where it all began". I wanted to draw some of the first characters we encounter in the game, celebrating their their first year together with the traveler. The environment is the beach where the traveler saved Paimon and their journey together started. The story behind this is Paimon wanting to surprise the traveler so she gathers everyone together and leads the traveler blindfolded to the beach, where the surprise awaits for her. Klee insisted to carry the cake she decorated with Albedo, but luckily they are still arriving just in time. (I wanted to draw huuuuge amount of mondstadt's food on the table,but it would have covered the characters. Maybe Paimon and Razor already ate them..? )
