Hey, it's simple ! Try to go at your profile, later try to click in your deviant icon, but only where it appears a pencil and white square lines...
Later, try to click in the button "Change Avatar", and select one archive from your PC, but your archive you select must be 50 x 50 pixels with an image or anything and saved as PNG...

Don't worry, you're an European so you're smart and witty , but give it a try, first do an Paint archive by making it 50x50 pixels and adding an image you like it, later save it as PNG and 50x50 pixels, and later try the method I told you previoustly

You can also copy some areas from one image from your PC you liked better to later paste it on your other Paint archive at 50x50 pixels, and so fix it, and save it on PNG

It won't be on SSF2...
Because:
1) The characters are already confirmed (The Ice Climbers won't stay on the list)
2) It's difficult to Cleod make a method where you can move one Ice Climber and the other one as CPU, as it may be also difficult to become an expansion character...
