he'll be back. He can CREATE groundbridges, so he can trigger the feedback loop and come out again. Like ratchet did in the first season. He'll be back in the movie. I can guarantee it

considering how often the shadowzone has been used (2 times in the entire show) soundwave might now know how to get out and could take years, and that's assuming he could still access the groundbridge (which if he could, why didn't he just teleport all the bots to earth or the moon or something)

Well first off Soundwave has the technology built directly into him so naturally he can make two portals. The reason I think he didn't just comeback like that is because he's smart and would wait till the end of the battle to get himself out. However after seeing Unicrons legion he probably said it be best to wait till the end of the fight to get himself out. I'm positive Soundwave managed to get out on his own.

First off Soundwave being so smart would have tried getting out when the autobots were at Kaon (as the only two bots at the ship were the injured Magnus and Ratchet) if he could. and he would have been able to help out againt Unicron (if he could create more than 2 space bridges he could have easily sent Unicron and his leagon to...idk the center of the sun) I mean hell same tatic he used on Arachnid. Plus since Unicron obviously didn't have the power to read Megatron's mind (as he fell for the Predaking trick) he wouldn't have seen it coming.

Except for it's known that Soundwaves Space bridge tech is limited in it's size radius as it is never seen him creating his own that is any bigger than his mass which no way could he trick Unicron and his legion to enter.
It's doubtful Soundwave would have joined with Unicron anyway seeing it's not really Megatron.
Besides it's doubtful Soundwave would have brought himself back on the Nemesis he probably abandoned ship first.
But I think the biggest reason Soundwave didn't step out of the shadow zone in Predacons rising is because it would have been Anti Climatic and caused another problem in the movie.
Also Soundwave is a spymaster so why wouldn't he just have stayed in the Shadow Zone observing every weakness he could find until he discovered Unicron and said "Perhaps I should stay in this "Shadow Zone" For a while longer?"

He's pretty smart, so if Ratchet can figure it out, I'm pretty sure he can too, being as smart as, if not smarter than Ratchet is.

It's on his toy. His courage is either a 5 or a 6. Not sure which toy, might be his WFC or Beast hunters. (Looked on his beast hunters or, which I still have after like a year.. *regrets nothing*)
It kinda makes sense, since in G1 he did show some cowardice. But not in Prime..

He faced Wheeljack showing no fear when he had a gun at his head, stood still while opening a portal on Arachnid, Arcee and the wreckers and many other honorable mentions. I don't think the toy is that reliable.
