As you know today is Easter and I REALLY wanted to make an Easter picture. However I didn't know what to draw.. Until I saw the Passion Play "Forgiven" (It's a play that my friend's church holds every year.) The entire play, especially the songs they sung greatly inspired me and this picture is the result.

Easter is my favorite holiday ever since I was little. No, it's not because of the candy or anything. When I was little, it was because I got to go to my cousins' house every year (and I LOVED seeing them). Today, it's still my favorite holiday because of what Jesus done for me and for us over 2,000 years ago and how He rose up again. It's my biggest praise of all, my Savior dying for us as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins so we may be forever forgiven and be given salvation. (IF you choose to accept it, He gives us that choice because not everyone believes what He done.)

I do not deserve what Jesus has done for me and for us all.. He didn't have to die and suffer a horrible death so my sins could be forgiven and so I can go to Heaven but He did it anyways.. Jesus, you're just so awesome and great and I thank you and will continue to thank you for what You did. You rock!

The song that is up there is called Revelation Song by Kari Jobe. It's one of my favorite praise songs. My youthgroup called Pulse, and in the last scene of the play I seen at my friend's church the entire cast sang this song. (Even I was singing it in the audience.) Every time I hear it, and sing it I feel the power, the joy that the words of the song brings and it makes me sing even louder. (It also makes me very teary and cry.) So I want to share it with you guys too.
