" Advanced critique encouraged" uh I don't know about advanced...but the horse needs more hair in the tail? o_o And for his head, his mouth seems to stick out a bit awkwardly. And his hooves a bit bigger I think... Last but not least, he needs a name xD ! The pictures too pretty to be untitled : )

Yeah.. the mane and tail needs more work (I was just experimenting on how to do hair with a mouse.) And this is old and was simply practice, so I didn't really have a title either.. heh. Thanks

wll really good work, me I,m trying to do some painting on photoshop but it's very different of photofiltre, my predilection program
for the hairs I think you can find some tutos on a forum but I don't know if I can give you the adress here so If you want it just let me a mesage and I'll answer you, I can not give you a specific tuto link but I can give you the adress of the forum wher you'll can find a lot of tutos. That's where I learned to paint horses and don't look My avatar this one is made on photoshop lol if you wanna see what I can paint whit Photofiltre click on my User name

Save for a tablet. It will make your life so much easier and the painting process will be more enjoyable. Trust me.

I had a tablet, but it broke. I'm fine with a mouse, though I've been considering buying a tablet sometime. I don't draw often, so I'm afraid it'll be of no use.

You will be surprised how much you will use it once you get back into it. I had it for years...but only used it for about 2 yrs...then put it up figuring I did not need it and the mouse was fine. But then about 6 months ago I pick up a brand new one (free) and they have changed along with the newer programs. I kick myself now saying why did I not stick with it. Now I am playing catch up.
Again great job - very impressive with a mouse.
