Heyo Heyo Heyo! I have decided to make a Nebulruff YCH, and it's a permeant one! Meaning if all YCHs have been finished and I need more points, I'll open them up again! I have several rules for this YCH so please read them.

Note: This is not a base and won't ever be! I may make a Nebulruff base soon, but for now, this is a "Your Character Here!"

/////Rules/////

*This should be self explanatory, DO NOT trace, steal, or heavily reference the YCH!

*Do not add it's worth higher than what you paid for (E.x. You paid 250 pts, the art is worth $2.50/250 Pts)

*It may take me a month or more to get your YCH done, please be patient as I have other responsibilities in my life and other people's YCHs to do!

*If you don't have a toyhouse, that's totally okay and I will note you the image! If you do have a toyhouse, let me know what it is so I can transfer the image to your characters profile or simply link the character when you purchase the YCH.

*Do not remove the signature please and thank you!

*All of the YCHs will be uploaded with a watermark to prevent theft of both the character and my art, however, I will send the unwatermarked version to the owner(s) of the ruffs in note or watermarked over TH.

*I will not do tears nor blood/gore, and especially not s*lf h*rm or anything relating to the matter.

*Only 3 per person until the next batch!

*I only do holds for 48 hours! (2 Days)

*After you have shown the characters with a CLEAR REFERENCE, I will give you the estimate. Do not send the points before I do!

Here are some add ons that are free and won't count as extra points!

-All ears including multiple ears
-All tails except shaped ones and multiple tails
-All Eyebrow expressions (E.x. Furrowed, Relax, Worried, etc.)
-All cheek fur
-Eyelashes
-Any color of gradient/rainbow/and even pride colors (Optional)
-Both the white outline and sparkles over gradient (Optional)
-Simple head floof (Not hair!)
-Charms inside of space dust/Glowing galaxy dust
-Overgrown teeth
-Stitches

//////////////+10 Point add ons//////////////

Here are some add-ons that do not drastically change the character but do require some editting!

-Halos
-Rings
-Extra Eyes
-Back fur/Chest fur
-Spikes
-Horns/Antennas
-Simple Accessories (E.x. Simple ear jewelery/piercings, simple collars/bowties, eyepatches, bandages etc.)

//////////////+25 Point add ons//////////////

Here are some add-ons that do drastically change the character and require quite a bit of editting!

-Wings
-Hair
-Multiple Limbs/Tails
-Hooves
-Companion/Pets
-Shaped Tails
-Plant/Crystal Growth
-Complex Accessories (E.x. Many pieces of jewelry/piercings, complex collars/bowties, etc)

It will be +50 points if the character's design is extremely complicated. This is because it will have to take more time on the complex characters YCH and less time for other people to get theirs done.

Obviously, no dragon forms in this and there are no eyes nor pawpads to be shown, so if you didn't see a trait on here that resembles the ones in this stash, it means they are either not available for this YCH or I simply missed it (If I did, please comment and I'll definitely give an estimate!)
