I looked at the links and found the Vysehrad rock. I read somewhere that a horse with a rider on the run was supposed to jump from the rock. Is it this rock?

Yes it is this rock Vysehrad. And it was horse named Semik, he saved his lord Horymir from a certain death by a courageous jumb from this rock. After Semik brought Horymir to Neumetel, he died, because he had the injuries by jumping. According to legend, Shemik was buried in Neumetel, where his tomb is still standing - above a horse-headed stone.
