Franky a man barely alive fixed his own body by becoming a cyborg he was on the run from the Marines but after they found him he pleaded to let him help them so he was tasked with becoming the inspector of the grand line he isnt the best but he always does get his man which bounty barely covers the damage costs he createsbased on Inpsector Gadget and Franky from One Piece
