Ino Yamanaka married Kabuto who has become an accomplished doctor. his busy work keeps him away from home and Ino has become a desperate housewife. she and a friend have fallen in love with a soap opera called One Piece of My Heart. after missing the conclusion to an episode Ino begs for cable and Kabuto being the loving yet busy husband he was gets it for her. he has recently come home but he is developing a new method of surgery that can be done over the course of months and thusly more complicated surgeries can be performed.Ino meets Toguro the cable man and they soon have a love affair. they go at it for weeks and much to their dismay Kabuto finds them..but before they realise it he drugs them. they wake up and they realise their heads have been switched....never screw a surgeon
