You'll be happy to hear that Steam's censorship actually ended back in June of this year ! It's still up to the game devs, of course, and a lot of previously released stuff will go unpatched or unaddressed -- but a lot of eroge is making it to the Steam store uncut .
That unfortunately doesn't change Twitch's policies , which are incredibly puritan about sex and nudity, so it's not of much help to streamers.
