idiot first the pattern its not the same with mine. i just maked a blur background and apply a filter from photoshop . the filter name is texture - patchwork. so once again i just proove to you (idiot) that i don't copyed your f*ckin work.

Okay for not giving any credit to the source of inspiration but...
...its just a matrix of tiny colored squares...

...and a pretty color can make grey become something jolly...

Yes the icon cinema display is by you. Didn't you release it for use? Wich i did I am not giving it away or sharing it anywhere? My wallpaper is not any monitary gain I am not selling your icon so what is the problem? That i moded the glare for personal use? Give me a break dude you say is a matter of respect? respect of? I did a simple modification that was it. I stated that if i would have known the authors name or link of the icon i would have fully credited and linked. Thanks for providing the link to everyone now they can enjoy your icon

Hey man wtf is your problem go look at the wall request thread over at macthemes. The pattern is shared there and it was shared by iconist and designer Dustin Schau. I used that assuming the pattern was for free of use and assumed it was released somewhere just no idea where. The credit was not given to the original pattern creator because I had no idea who's it was.You want to say something I suggest you say it to Dustin Schau. I had no idea it was not released anywhere and it was not intended to be shared.I would have not used it period if i would have known that. I went ahead and went with my instinct and said to myself since Dustin who has been in this game more than i have knows better I dont think he would post something NFR or something that was ripped. I made the mistake of taking my judgement and not knowing. Next time i do something I will make sure not to make the same mistake. Have some class and note me. Dont come to my page and call me a ripper I know better than that. I think I have shown you respect since the begining and I expected the same but I guess you lack class.

I'm not sure who got the original idea that passing my background tile around DeviantART and letting people make variations of it and releasing it was okay.
This is the third release I've come across that blatantly uses my pattern without any credit or request for permission. You can't just apply pretty colours over someone else's work and call it a release

I apologize for using your pattern I had no Idea you did not release it. I know better than that and I would have had no problem asking you for permission to release it. I stated it was a simple wallpaper you are right with pretty colors. The pattern was shared over at macthemes wallpaper request thread and it was released as a pattern tile for use with photoshop or to tile your backround. I assumed it was released some where and it was for free of use. My problem was I did not know who the original creator of the pattern was. I had seen so many people use it too. That is where I made the assumption that it was released. If you would like me to take the download down I will with absolutley no problem. Once again I apologize and I will edit the deviation and credit you. I repeat if you want me to take the download down I will.. Have a nice day.... Delta.
