Description I'm a lazy bum...I haven't drawn ANYTHING at all for 5 days straight now. The lines, color, etc were done with the Christmas stuff...and now I only drew the MARKINGS on this today. x.x

Soo....my part of an art trade with , a good friend of mine! It's of her character, Sethemous.

I couldn't see parts of the ref you gave me for his belly and back legs....so I tried my best there to figure it out. I can change stuff or draw something new if needed...

*writes be less lazy for 2013 on list of resolutions* ;_;

lol lol. At least you studied for finals, yes? I haven't even started to study yet and it's already into the second week/last week of break!!

I didn't only study for finals...I read books from the library(huge stacks), chatted with you guys sometimes, TRIED to study geometry notes for proof understanding(not just for finals), ate lots of food, looked up nutrition information in meats and vegetables, watched some movies, searched online for news, shopped a lot, bought new clothes, listed foods never to be bought on a pad whenever we were buying food(lots of fruit, meats, fish, snacks, sauce, juice, etc were marked unsafe and unhealthy because of ingredients or shipping problems. I'm a food nutritionist now....pretty much. Working to destroy fast-food and high fructose corn syrup!)etc...I've been doing a lot these days. It's really tiring, but at least my Pokewalker(Pedometer shaped like a Pokeball that you use to walk a Pokemon) has lots of steps in it now.

Yeah. But you can do a lot of studying in 1 day if you know how. I just don't want to be caught unprepared. Lost interest in drawing, no surprise there. I guess I'm just moving from one interest to another again, as I always do. Right now...my main concern is making sure the few clubs at school aren't repetitive in fund-raising. 3-4 bake sales in one week will not raise the money they should be raising. And...MY club ended up deciding to do a bake sale as well. And it's the last bake sale in that week..so we'll raise very little for the current project.

oh wow. You've done a LOT. So how did the attempted math study session go? Did you learn a lot/review a lot?

What movies did you watch? I only watched the Hobbit....I was going to watch some anime but I got distracted by Youtube playlists... WOWWWW. ._.

Wait, bought on what pad(i don't know what a pad is~?_?) ?? Just what do you mean? LOL. Ah nice. My mom is my nutritionist. She only buys wild Alaskan fish (and she rarely does it) because she fears the over-consumption of mercury. She never lets me eat tuna, or any other fish for that matter. I also am forced to eat two eggs each day, accompanied by chopped up organic apples. I don't drink soda of any sort--only water and low fat milk allowed. I've recently started going to Starbucks to get Cappuccinos, but I swear for my own health that I'm never going back there to get coffee again. (I heard from this lady that coffee stunts your growth!!!) Also, while doing a practice SAT problem found online, I saw this statement that said blueberries delay aging. I told my mom and we got some organic frozen blueberries 10 minutes later. LOL.

I've mainly spent my days browsing here on dA, trying to find my new style. And I've been drawing nearly everyday in an attempt to get better. but... I still have a very very very long road ahead. -_-

I also attempted to do my English homework, which consists of several essays, the book To Kill a Mockingbird, and the Nutcracker Ballet.... but in the end, I got distracted by the colors of this website ._. I need to learn to focus again. GAHHHHH. Also, lately I've been sprouting ideas of next art projects--BUT I NEVER GET TO THEM GAHHHH. So frustrating!!! @_@

I also tried doing my math homework, which I'm currently procrastinating...again. (I'm 1/4 done)

Ugh. Our fire alarm thing just rang because of the vapor from mom's bath. the screeches really are not pleasant at all. Dx

It only took me 5 minutes to write...but it's longer than anything I've ever seen! o.o`

It went pretty well. I just got out some math books from the library, and read lots and lots of stuff about theorems and postulates and examples on how to use them...I learned more than I learn in one week of geometry. -_-

Many random movies, since I was bored. Christmas movies especially.... After break, I'm not watching any at all.....maybe occasionally, but certainly not going on youtube or such anymore. I kind of got freaked out a few days ago....We don't even have the tv set up, but I don't watch tv much anyway.

A notepad. Just listed stuff like..."this hawthorn cake has preservatives, that tomato is in the wrong season, these oreos have high fructose corn syrup, this juice has 27g of sugar in one serving, tuna is a tertiary consumer that probably consumes lots of herring/anchovies with chemicals in them=EVEN more toxic tuna, cheap giant chicken=antibiotics were used to raise a fatter chicken faster-leads to not being able to use antibiotics at hospital, etc....."

And on the top of the list, there is a list of fast-food companies like McDonalds, Jack-In-The-Box, Burger King, etc....with huge Xs through them and various times that outbreaks have occurred that have CLAIMED LIVES.

My dad never let me drink soda. Ever. I only had it a few times at some parties before. Doesn't matter to me, since I don't like it anyways. I like juice...but only homemade juice. There are 2-4+ things in juices that are all made of corn.

Be sure to make sure you get decent eggs. Some companies have really horrible living conditions for those chickens, and they feed them bad stuff and...

People say,"Who cares about living conditions for animals?"(including Mr.Luce, >.>`), but really. DO YOU WANT chickens who never see the daylight, who can't even stand up because their legs are stunted by their growth?! What about those cows who stand all day in their own manure, and have to eat corn?! It's not just the animals who are going to be affected, it's the consumers!!! Cows eating corn led to E.Coli, and when their manure containing E.Coli was "disposed" of into rivers and fields, guess what else is contaminated? That's right! The fish and the vegetables! Many people have DIED, because those companies don't want to cut profits! D:<

You know that time I wrote the essay in Miller about the "most disgusting thing that's kind of realistic" and I wrote about rat burgers in McDonald? I wasn't too far from the truth there. Their burger fillings(and pretty much all the other fast food burgerss)....are made of ground-up parts of cows that are not used in other way! Like...hooves, stomach, bones..anything you'd expect to be thrown away! And that's MOST of the burger! Soo....I didn't MAKE up a story that day(though I thought it was made up then). It's really true! Beware the dollar menu! I never ate a single burger in my life....but still! It's disgusting! D:<

I don't like coffee. Too bitter. I like sour things. Coffee won't effect growth too much...It's mainly the damage it will do to your teeth. You'll end up with yellow-brown teeth, and it doesn't look good at all. And some people can't take the caffeine well and end up with these scary eyes. x.x

They probably would. Most fruit have very good effects. But you'd have to eat several servings of them daily....and frozen ones won't give you nearly as much nutrients as fresh ones...

*is a bit amazed at how informed I am about food just through 1 month of furious research, study, and surveying in stores*

I see...I did that a lot too..though I'm kind of regretting it a bit now! I think I'm going to spend my daily 1-2 hrs doing various things now...bits of research, maybe some gaming, extra studying, etc.

If you find a fun mmo that doesn't take too much time to train and such, I might be able to get it. I can't spend a HUGE amount of time on those(main gaming time these days is usually on DS, connecting with friends over there), but we might be able to make accounts on there and chat there. ^^

I have to tell you something through notes...I'll send you one after this message.

Yeah...I was like that when I first started on here too. But these days, I'm kind of on autopilot...a certain wolf is nagging me in my head whenever I don't do it...and they're pretty scathing with nasty comments. So I'm kept in check for the most part. At this rate, I might be able to finally be one of those "always do homework first" kids that I wanted to be. No more tension from procrastination finally maybe....

Math homework isn't hard...I just hate writing the questions now as well. And we always have lots of questions that are a paragraph long.

Vapor? Don't they only ring from smoke? Vapor shouldn't do anything...unless it reacts to heat.

((very amazed at your long passage & knowledge of foods---but don't feel like typing one just as long))

Oh yeah. I get organic eggs too so eating two of those each day should be fine. Lol for a second there I thought we ARE chatting through notes. My bad. I was going to put something private until I realized the truth.

Mr.Luce oh Mr.Luce. He is so histrionic that it's a bit punny since he's a history teacher. Omg. Lol. Well yeah. Everything is connected. If the grass has too much pesticides, the animals that feed upon it will also consume poisonous chemicals into their bodies--we humans who feed upon those animals will end up getting the most of chemicals in OUR bodies. Not good. This is probably why my mom only buys organic things now days. BUT, even organic foods may not be good due to, as you mentioned previously, transportation methods. Nothing is safe these days--unless you're a farmer who plants a patch of organic things just for yourself. (they do this in China)

Oh I remember that. I forgot that it was you who told the story though. I also forgot what I wrote...I just remember that it was probably something sick. Oh guess how I remembered that event in Mr.Miller? I remembered Nolan's laugh and various Buhler kids saying "oh Mr.Buhler's incident at (insert fast food restaurant)!!!" I miss those days... Eww... That's gross. I don't think I have the appetite to go to McDonald anymore.

Well, the stuff I order at Starbucks usually end up with lots of cream, lots of milk, and a lot of chocolate or sugar. It ends up not being coffee really--it becomes coffee-flavored milk. xD Anyhow, I haven't gone back to starbucks for......2 weeks? yay! I'm never going back there! ever! again! (taylor swift reference)

I always buy organic eggs...and I research which ones have less risk whenever I encounter a new brand. Usually those are more expensive..but I feel they're worth it.

It's not the grass that has problems. Private farmers just have plots of land with grass growing freely on it that are used to graze animals. This land is usually quite clean...as it's just wild land. The problem is that we're growing too much corn, so now, everything in foods are made of corn. Heck, there's even corn parts in batteries! Like...I don't want to list everything, but this website is good.

[link]

Not everything is bad...but some stuff is too sugary, or they add OTHER stuff that's really bad in them. There's traces of mercury in high fructose corn syrup...and mercury will taint you all your life. You can't get rid of it. I remember Mr.Luce moaning that he couldn't eat the tuna he catches over the summer because some of the tuna in the Pacific ocean had high concentrations, VERY dangerous concentrations of mercury, lead, etc.

E.Coli popped up because cows are supposed to eat grass. But since corn is so cheap, they stopped feeding them grass and cut the costs of having the maintain grass for feed. BUT. Now, we have cows who have E.Coli in their stomach! So it wasn't worth it at all. You can die...VERY quickly, in a matter of days, if you get E.Coli! It's in spinach, cabbage, lettuce, various fish, other meats, vegetables, and especially beef.

Not only are the animals mistreated..the workers are very much mistreated as well! They get low wages, dangerous work, and miserable conditions...

Nothing is completely safe these days...you can only make it a bit safer. What if the ground you use is polluted a bit just by the rainwater that comes down? Or the pollen from a nearby field? Or some disease carried by a bug? It's just frustrating when you think about what we are doing to our world...

I don't remember. You never told me, otherwise I probably would remember. I wrote it, you guys edited it, and you told it, actually, in front of the class for the presentation. Everyone voted ours the most realistic and disgusting, hands down. Because...most people have gone and eaten a burger from there. So the thought of having rats...probably stayed with them forever after that.

If it's the Guinea pig legs being broken and eaten at Mt.Kilimanjaro, I heard it from a friend, the Sarah who is younger than us. It sounded pretty sad...x.x

One day....I deal a blow to those fast food restaurants! It's thanks to them, and those cheapskate companies that so many children will have diabetes these days! Stupid dollar menu and stupid burgers! D:<

I've never been to Starbucks...don't get coffee creamers. The amount of fat and sugar in them is terrifying. The milk they use...I hope it's relatively safe organic milk. And as long as the chocolate or sugar is at a moderate level, it should be alright.

I think I'd get along well with your mom...I pick out all the fish and meat and decide what produce we can buy whenever we go shopping now.

There have been people who have put back their food after I grumble something about it and make a big show of putting stuff back on the shelves after checking them. I guess "TOO MUCH SUGAR!", and "THIS HAS HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP?!", or "THESE TOMATOES ARE FROM ETC",works for getting people not to buy bad snacks, produce, and juices...So far...I've only gotten through 1/8 of the whole store. A lot of work left to do.
