Thses video has deep meaning, is very serious.
1. when Notebook is called other dolls to discharge "creative" color, she shows a color wheel, green is not on the color wheel.
so when someone wants to use green, Notebook immediately said "it is not a creative color" (negative ideas, limited).
2 when Notebook tell you look outside. they not see any thing.
but when Notebook with a monocular telescope to see, and put it in their eyes, everyone "immediately" seen (only see adults to tell we what should we see).
3. when a doll made a really pretty draw(a clown). Notebook use black ink to immediately destroy the draw (refused to children's creative).
4. when things really messed up, you can see the dolls turn a circle. looks like to make a movie action (media infusion).
5. then you can see, the doll began eating the heart and brain. it wants to convey is very ironic.
in appearance, they encourage the children to "creative". so the whole song and the atmosphere is like a childish disposition remains children.
it teaches us to be "creative". but in essence, everyone to tell childs, to be.....a doll.

I just found out the meaning of these two videos in my perspective.
Let's start with Notebook:
• When she open up when the three puppets that were bored and didn't have anything to do she wants them to become "creative."
• When she told them what they see at the orange in the basket the bird said it's just a boring orange, but in her eyes she sees the orange in a different way, seeing the orange walking and smiling at her. When someone have a mentally problem they see things that isn't there or in a different way. Same goes with the clouds.
• When she show them her colorful hair and said it express herself, the red puppet said it was boring. She said it again happily but with a tiny bit of anger.
• When the yellow puppet started painting the clown and thought it was creative Notebook put black ink on it because she doesn't think it isn't creative at all.
• Now with the color, in my opinion I think blue means sadness, red mean anger, and green mean friendly. When Notebook said that green isn't creative because it isn't have no meaning in madness only blue and red.
• When she told them some tips of how their creativity will flow smoothly she said listen to your heart meaning to listen at what you love the most, listen to the rain meaning that the rain is a sad or harsh weather, and listen to the voices in your brain meaning that you should become insane and listen to the voices in your head.
• When the puppet were starting to be creative that's when they were little and made creativity cheerful, but then when they grow up they made creativity a whole new insane bloody level.
• At the end when Notebook agree that they shouldn't become creative anymore it's a life lesson they we should stay creative when we were as a child and harmless and not creative as a adult that we can harm and take creativity as insanity.
Tony the Talking Clock:
• Tony tells a life lesson to not waste time because time is our precious thing in life. That we should take advantage of it before it is to late because we are already dead.
That's my opinion of the two videos.
