The only way to see her again is like Nintendo bought her right from Namco, but Namco refuse to sell her for use her as a fanservice characther, and Nintendo refuses pay a high price(as always), maybe when Namco go bored... we can see a HD Remaster/Remake of Xenosaga Trilogy for Wii U

That is in the Hands of Namco-Bandai(because Monolith Soft will love to do it) but knowing Namco... that would be that title would be Nintendo Exclusive(Monolith is fully Owned by Nintendo Co Ltd, alongside Retro and others) and Namco have a love history with Sony....
So still waiting, both Nintendo and Monolith can do it, only need Namco either sell or borrow the licensed
