another ShiningLight kid, because I had the concept in my head and didnt wanted it to go to waste and I wanted to make another one.
But anyway, Im really proud of the design and think hes a total cutie ;v;

And yeah, yeah, alicorn. Will hide the comments of rabid ppl about it
Also I realized Shimmering Glow is my only foal of Shiny without floofy hooves
His wings are young alicorn/ Twicorn shaped, however if ya wanna doll or draw him and you use the regular wing shape that is fine too uvu
