Kithood

Their Parents, Mud and Mary were overjoyed to have kits, they lived in the middle of the forest by the spirit lake, not bothering the clans. the two kits were like eggs and bacon an unbreakable bond, the twins were always together, sometimes the two were playing with their parents as well.
Dipper, who was born after Mabel by 5 minutes, would spend their time with their sister, playing moss-ball, hide-and-seek, and many more games.

The parents weren't the best of taking care of the kits, the couple didn't know what to do at first, later on they agreed to send the kits away to their uncle. At first the kits were nervous since they didn't know their uncle and how he behaves.
The night before they were given away, the two kits decided to spend the night together as much as possible, they played and told stories which helped the two calm down quickly, though in the morning they didn't wake up in time to meet their uncle.

Apprenticeship

Later the two kits were given to their uncle. The uncle, Trout was always hard on Dipper due to the history he hides from the kits. He wanted to be hard on him because when the world will fight him, he will fight back as well. However
Dipper dint knew it at first. When a fox attacked the little family, Dipper was away, he was with a family friend named Mark, who knew a bit about the history since Trout told him, Once Dipper heard the story he went back and distracted the fox, with that Trout and Mark attacked the fox and chased it away.

Trout were a bit angry of a Dipper helping with the fox, sure he was thankful, but he couldn't think how to live with the fact if something bad might have happened.
Trout, Mabel and Dipper had a little talk, then went back to their home/den
