((I started out liking this more than the last... but now I don't know ;_; ))
My plan had worked out well. The LED put inside each flag was much easier to spot than if the sun had been out. Of course, naturally the flag was located amidst a heavy snow drift.
I managed to slide down a slope and climb up the mound, digging through the snow up to my chest. Gulon seemed confused, but he had a brain the size of a pea anyway so I let him be. Thankfully the cold didn't seem to bother him, but he wasn't very good at moving around in it.
Best part yet, there was no sign of any trainers. Perfect, this Strength challenge was in my hands...

I always thought that Lickilicky's ability would be "cold and heat protection". He would be perfect for this mission!
I liked so much the way you have drawn the blizzard and yet the difficulty Shanon is passing through to get that little beacon.

You should get started on it as soon as you can! I want to be done with this so I can move on to other things/ won't be stressed if I get lazy or art block later in the month.

I think this is the best blizzard entry I've seen yet, and I've looked at all of them. The gesture is very convincing, as is the snow. I also find it refreshing that your character is putting up a struggle against a real blizzard, instead of just walking around in the wind.

To be honest though, we just had record snowfall where I live (over a period of WEEKS), including a few blizzards, and I had to shovel & drive in it... so, I've probably had a little more on-hand experience with the stuff than many of the other entrants.

Guh, I had to replace my windshield wipers, but that was about it. Sorry about the tire~ could be a lot worse. ;<; I've seen lots of cars on the side of the roads, and a lot of houses had damage. The two Wal*Marts closest to me both had roof leakage and breakdowns. Lot of chickens were killed here too because their roofs collapsed.
