And yeah, I used no dodge OR burn. :'D Effects abuse ahoy~)Alex had seen what happened and came out from my shadow to strike. I guess it was lucky he was watching from my scarf- by the time I would have gotten one of the others from their ball, I'm sure Cy would have been too far to reach.
Instinctively he fired off a beam of Confuse Ray, flashing over them in vibrant light. It was perfect, stopping them right in their tracks. I extended my hand to Alex in a gesture before he plotted his next move.
"That's enough, Alex. Good work." He gave me a puzzled look, but I turned to my other baffled pokemon. "Gulon! Get the beacon!"

No dodge or burn at all, yeah. I learned their evil a few years ago, now I focus heavily of doing the actual coloring myself. It's so much more rewarding, and better overall.
