Description
They are dead. All of them. The characters of my friends and myself of our "W40K: Rogue Trader RPG" campaign.
They are dead. Felled by the hand of the thrice-cursed Karrad Vall, the Faceless Lord of the Koronus Expanse.
Their bloody and half-scorched remains lie upon the warp-tainted of Craftworld Lu'Nasad, now a bastion of madness and weapon of the Chaos Lord.
They died in their effort to stop the Ruinous Powers to engulf the entire region. And failed.
Never again they will bathe in the light of the crone worlds of the Serpent's Cradle.
Never again they will descend upon the scarred lands of Zayth to bring food for those in need.
Never again they will climb the mighty battlements of Damaris to repel the greenskin hordes.
Never again they will laugh across the halls of Footfall while boasting about their latest exploits.
Never we will see again their kind treading the ways across the void in the Halo Stars.
From left to right:
*Kraat (Kroot, unknown gender...seriously ¿who cares? Mercenary):
The tall and fearless leader of the Kraak mercenary tribe.
Little is known about the leader of the kroot mercenaries under the service of the House Crow. He and his kind spent most of the time living among the Crow´s private forest in the Arboretum deck.
Apparently, Kraat is loyal to the end and shows great respect for is former master.
In combat he (or she) is usually responsible of a bloody mess, after a vicious hand-to-hand combat Kraat only eat the hearts of the "honourable" and "worthy" enemies.
*Wolfe Nihl/91 (Human? male...or at least he say so, Machine-God Adept):
Wolfe was born in the same vessel his family once preserved.
Through the decades, the modest adept becomes the greatest and wise Magos of the Adeptus Mechanicus on board by his own right.
Like all techpriests, he posses an insatiable but dangerous thirst of knowledge. His skills, loyaty and wisdom leaded him to take care of the ship´s Teleportarium and the maintenance crew.
*Pratius Justan (Human, male, Seneschal):
The loyal counselor of Milas Crow. He is polite and patient, with a perfect eye for the good business his calculating mind make him more unvaluable than any other servant of the House Crow.
While Milas spent most of his time fighting, drinking or...er..."resting with the ladies", Pratius take care of the Crow´s fortune. He make deals, stablish commercial routes, meeting the high society and keeping an eye on the xenos allies.
*Milas Crow (Human, male, Rogue Trader):
The vigorous leader of a new Commercial House in the Koronus Expanse. Milas is more interested in adventure and exploration.
His main goal is to bring honour and glory to his House at any cost.
He respects honour and strength no matter the species, the gender or even the religion. A peculiarity among their fellow Rogue Traders, Milas take care of all their servants. Modest, collaborating and friendly he usually lead the charges, drink with their men and tell the most dirty jokes.
His only true love is his combat-fist "Wilson".
*Artho-Macharius Torian (Human, male, Rogue Trader):
Born in the distant planet of Occisor, Artho is the young heir of the rich commercial empire of his uncle, a former Rogue Trader.
But the money will not came to him until he proves his value to the family, so he came to the Expanse and join forces with the veteran Milas Crow in an effort to prove himself and his uncle he is equal to any other Rogue Trader.
Artho spent some years in the Imperial Guard before he buyed a licence and the experience changes him into an idealistic heretic and a revolutionary.
Cheater and greedy, Artho always want the most profitable results but he never take advantage of the poors.
*Arathir (Eldar, male...more or less, Corsair):
A misterious eldar corsair who offer voluntarily his services and loyalty to the House Crow.
His powerful psyquic and martial habilities proved an unvaluable resource for the House Crow but his true intentions remains a mistery.
He is scheming and deceitful, most times showing a total absence of respect for the human life and other times a surprising concern about his companions.
*Devine Tzarine (Human, female, Void Master):
A young woman with a misterious past.
All who knows of her, is that she served in the Calixian Fleet as fighter pilot and later as fleet officer.
After the last combat, Devine or "Devi" for her friends, was seriously wounded and the Navy comissioned her ship.
Arathir hired her for unknown purposes and now the reserved but stiff officer serves in the bridge of the Crow´s vessel.
*Arcturus Gallus (Human, male, Master at Arms):
Brutal, dumb and violent. Gallus is the hammer of the House Crow with the exception of Milas itself.
Arrogant and antisocial, Gallus think that everyone who dies is because some kind of foolishnes or weakness.
He proclaim his loyalty to the House Crow and to the Golden Throne, making him one of the few problematic crew members. He despise Kraat and Arathir, only his loyalty to Milas stopped him to kill them.
Like the brute he is, he wears no less than four plasma pistols and two chain-swords in combat, making him one of the direst and lethal threats in the Crow´s retinue.

Awesome. I'll be creating the updated version in the near future and will include the image and accreditation then. The latest draft is in the Fandexes FB group posted up on 29th September 2017. I've been working on a Unit Profile Creator in the meantime which is why I haven't updated it yet: www.facebook.com/groups/fandex…

XDXDXD

A Rogue Trader is allowed to have anyone in their entourage, aliens included. So long as it is in the benefit of the Imperium.
I should know - the Eldar are haughty, aloof and somewhat capricious. But they remain a powerful and mysterious race. Were it not for Fulgrim's insult at their offer of friendship and alliance with the Imperium, things might have been different.
I myself have fought beside the Eldar on several dozen occasions against Orks (21 times), Necrons (14 times) and Chaos (9 times). I'm a former Imperial Fists Marine to those curious.
I quit the Tabletop after what happened with the 5th Edition Grey Knights.

Heresy? How so? Rogue Traders are permitted to use alien assistance if it benefits the Imperium in some way. Kroot are seen mostly as animals so having one as a pet isn't that bad and the Eldar help the Imperial Inquisition all the time. Hell, even the Big E Himself wasn't against the Eldar all the time.

Its a civilian pattern power armour, but the heavy version of it is similar to the ancient astartes Mk.III Iron Pattern.
