Изменены стрелки
Добавлен циферблат
Уточнённые осы, теперь это не просто красиво, но и функционально, вы можете узнать с них точное время
Добавлены размеры, присутствует 4 варианта

Three things though : 1 The shadows are always at the same place on your graphics witch is normal, i know since i tried it myself and decided to remove the shadows on my skin since they made it look "unreal"
2 Since the picture of the Hard drive is on an angle, the seconds hand leaves the clock a lot to the left, that too i know there's nothing to do to fix that, other than making a 60 frame bitmap with the hand correctly placed every time witch is way too much work for anybody.
3 the center cap, you could change the angle of it to match the angle of the Hard drive
All in all i really do like your skin I hope you found that I've given some healthy criticism

The numbers are great and your angles are perfect and i like the fact that you added more sizes
One thing though the number for 4 is not IIII it should be IV

Колпачёк yes with преспективой doesn't converge, but also arrows too, therefore and has left
