Since my parents left me for Vegas again this year my Uncle and I went to Matsuya again. It was DELICIOUS~! This is what we ended up getting there (not all the sushi is shown because I gobbled some of it down before I realized I hadn't taken a picture!)Left to Right:
II DAKO - Baby Octopus Salad
SHIRASU OROSHI - Shirasu Fish with Ground Daikon
AGE DASHI TOFU - Deep Fried Tofu
SUSHI - Salmon, Tuna, White Tuna, Ikura, Flying Fish Roe, Octopus, Shrimp, California Roll, and Natto Roll
My uncle and I ended up not eating it all so I brought it home for lunch! We also bought dessert from the shop next door: Matcha Mochi Ice Cream and Choco Swiss Roll. It was all exceedingly delicious!!

I have never eaten baby octopus salad though...or heard about it....so want to try...argh. Japanese restaurants in my area, why aren't you as awesome?!?!

we were not at my uncles, we went to a restaurant called matsuya. It's at least an hour drive.

Wish i had that restaurant nearby then. But im sure the hour drive was worth it though if the food was good.
