As the one who commissioned this, here's what I imagine happened:

I imagine the reason the fistfight broke out was because Pines was overstepping his boundaries and tried to give Lee some "advice" on some of his characters (like the dumbest advice someone like Stan Pines could give to a professional comic book writer). One thing lead to another, and suddenly Pines has one of the most influential people in the comic book industry socking him in the face
