It was a nice afternoon in the House of Awesomeness.Carter was rocking out to Numa Numa music with his beat-box.
CARTER: WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!
CARTER: Man! This is sick!
Carter keeps bumping his head up and down.
The music was so loud, Jonathan overheard it from Carter's room.
JONATHAN: *groans* What's he doing with that loud music on?
Jonathan leaves his room and enters into Carter's.
JONATHAN: CARTER!
Carter couldn't hear him.
He tried calling him again.
JONATHAN: CARTER!!!
Carter still couldn't hear him.
JONATHAN: DUDE! TURN DOWN THAT RACKET!!!!
Carter turns around and sees Jonathan.
CARTER: HI JONATHAN!!!!!
JONATHAN: TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!
CARTER: WHAT???
JONATHAN: I SAID TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!!!
CARTER: YOU'LL HAVE TO SPEAK UP!!! I CAN'T HEAR YOU WHEN MY MUSIC IS PLAYING!!!!!
JONATHAN: *sighs*...
Jonathan went to the beat-box and turned it off.
Carter notices the music stopped playing.
CARTER: Why did u turn it off? I was jamming' to my music!
JONATHAN: Because, i'm trying to watch RWBY without all this noise coming from in here!
CARTER: You're just jealous of my music...
JONATHAN: Dude i'm not jealous...
CARTER: Well i'm sick of u watching whatever u watch on your laptop!
JONATHAN: *sighs* Carter look how' bout this?
JONATHAN: Let's make a bet.
CARTER: A bet?
JONATHAN: Yeah. If u don't listen to your music for 24 hours, i will give u $10 dollars that's only if u win.
CARTER: Oh okay cool!
JONATHAN: But if u lose, u won't have to listen to music to your beatbox again.
CARTER: O_O
CARTER: Okay Jonathan if u win and don't watch videos on your laptop for 24 hours, i will no longer listen to my beatbox. But if i win u give me $10 dollars and u have to...
CARTER: Dance in front of everyone in the living room!

CARTER: Alright let's do this!!
Jonathan and Carter shake hands.
JONATHAN/CARTER: Let the 24 hour bet begin!
Jonathan leaves Carter's room.
Carter puts his beatbox away and relaxes on his bed.
A few hours later...
They were now in the living room watching TV.
Noah, Devon, Elena, & Samantha sees them.
SAMANTHA: What are Carter & Jonathan doing in the living room.
SAMANTHA: Don't they usually go to their rooms and do their habits?
DEVON: Yeah but they decided to do a bet to see who doesn't do their habits for 24 hours.
SAMANTHA: Ooooohhhhh!!
NOAH: Sounds like a interesting bet.
DEVON: Yea, it sure does.
ELENA: Mm-hmm.
ELENA: Looks like we have to sit, watch, and see who wins this!
NOAH: Yup.
DEVON: Sure.
SAMANTHA: Of course.
JONATHAN: So Carter, how are u doing?
CARTER: I'm doing good so far. What about u?
JONATHAN: Same man. It's been a few hours.
JONATHAN: Think u can still handle this without your beatbox?
CARTER: Oh u bet!
CARTER: U think u can still handle this without your laptop?
JONATHAN: Definitely!
CARTER: I'm gonna go get something out of my room. I'll be right back.
JONATHAN: Ok. Take your time.
Carter enters his room.
Carter then sees his beatbox.
CARTER: *whispers* Ooooohhh! There it is!
Carter was about to grab it but then Jonathan calls him.
JONATHAN: U okay in there?
CARTER: Uh.. yeah! Just getting my phone that's all!
Carter leaves his room but he looks back at his beatbox.
CARTER: *sighs* Don't worry i'll come back for u.
He comes back into the living room.
CARTER: Got it!
JONATHAN: Cool.
JONATHAN: Oh! I'll be right back Carter.
JONATHAN: I have to get something from my room as well.
CARTER: Oh ok. I'll wait.
Jonathan enters his room.
He sees his laptop closed and charging on his desk.
JONATHAN: *whispers* Aha! I hope Carter doesn't mind if i watch RWBY.
Jonathan was about to open his laptop but then Carter calls him.
CARTER: How u doing Jonathan?
JONATHAN: Oh ummmmm... Just getting a book.
Jonathan leaves his room and heads back into the living room.
JONATHAN: I've got the book.
CARTER: Nice.
A few hours later...
It was now night at the House of Awesomeness.
Everyone was asleep in their rooms.
Everyone expect Carter and Jonathan.
Carter was in bed thinking about something.
CARTER: *in his mind* I really want to listen to music from my beatbox, but i can't lose the bet against Jonathan!
Jonathan was in bed thinking about something.
JONATHAN: *in his mind* I'm missing in on more episodes of RWBY. I wanna watch them, but i must not lose the bet against Carter!
The next morning...
Carter was in the kitchen drinking Apple Juice.
Jonathan came out from his room.
JONATHAN: Hey Carter...
CARTER: Oh, hey Jonathan...
JONATHAN: Looks like the 24 hours is up and we both didn't do our usual habits.
CARTER: Yep.
CARTER: Shall we call it a tie?
JONATHAN: Yeah...
DEVON: Morning guys!
JONATHAN: Hey Devon.
CARTER: Hi.
DEVON: How was your bet?
CARTER: Well...
JONATHAN: We didn't do our habits for 24 hours, so we called it a tie.
DEVON: Oh okay.
CARTER: Wait...
CARTER: Isn't it wrong when u think about your favorite thing to do during the day when you're not doing your habit?
JONATHAN: Kinda yeah.
CARTER: Well Jonathan, we can agree that the bet was a bad idea...
JONATHAN: Yeah true that.
JONATHAN: U know what Carter.
JONATHAN: Let's not make a bet anymore cause it kinda wastes your time.
CARTER: True.
JONATHAN: U can listen to what u want to dance to from your beatbox.
CARTER: And u can watch videos on your laptop.
JONATHAN: Yep. Truce?
CARTER: Truce.
Jonathan and Carter shake hands and promise not to hold off bets anymore.
