Love this artwork and the shading, as well as the vampire's stance and her outfit - that half-jacket, crop top, and denim miniskirt are all so sexy together!!
As for something said by Hbomba, I bet the reason she's so confident is she knows something he doesn't, like either the old legend that you have to drink a vampire's blood to be turned is true, or something even more esoteric, like that all vampires on the planet are really female and either he can't be turned by her bite, or dudes bitten by a vampire turn into women as well as vamps.
