great job man! The hot colours and purple tints are really nice, and the sketchy lines work well too.
I'd only say that the background could be toned down in some areas? There's a lot of detail going on and there are some parts where Zangief is the same tone as the background (like the side of the right shoulder). Maybe darkening the background there would help him to jump out a bit more?
The saturated Red next to his face is fine though, You want the viewers eyes to be drawn to that.

the muscles look great on zangief, details on the hair looks good, and the lines you use around the body are awesomely done. can't they're somethng wrong with the pic, it's badass
