thank you thank you, few people admit it, and I hope someday my OC pony will get famous.... I know its almost impossible for Shadow Moon to be in the MLP: FIM show (for obvious reasons), yet that dream is the thing that keeps me making more artworks of her

You could just make a webcomic. Have someone on hand as the writer, you provide the art, etc. It wouldn't be much, but more than likely you would find an audience, no matter how small.
Alternatively, you'd most likely achieve a certain level of fame on sites like Derpibooru if you made more provocative - if not outright pornographic - artwork of Shadow Moon over here.
